How to Prepare
You can find the new patient forms online and bring them in completed. Your first appointment will take about 45 minutes and includes treatment. Bring in a list of prescriptions that you have, as well as any diagnostic tests or radiology reports that may be relevant.

Getting Started
Your first visit involves a consultation, history, examination and having any necessary X-rays taken. Once completed, we’ll go ahead and get started with the treatment that’s most appropriate for your case.
Insurance Information
We’re in-network providers with nearly every insurance, including Medicare. We’ll be happy to verify your insurance coverage. If you don’t have coverage, we have reasonable cash fees. You can use your health savings account here, too. A military discount is available. All major credit cards are accepted.
